修心八頌
朗日塘巴造

一	我於虛空如母眾	視之猶勝如意寶	依彼能成究竟利	恆常心懷珍愛惜
二	任與誰等會聚時	思己較諸他人卑	從心深處視眾生	恆常尊他為最勝
三	一切威儀觀自心	微惑尋生即察知	惑仇唯令自他損	願速呵斥令消除
四	秉性邪惡諸有情	思彼猛烈罪苦煎	對境如獲珍寶藏	難值修悲願珍惜
五	彼雖橫生嫉妒心	非理辱罵謗我等	盡其損腦我取受	願將利樂奉獻他
六	我曾於彼利樂施	並予深心寄厚望	彼卻非理妄加害	願仍視為勝導師
七	直接間接諸利樂	願集奉獻如母眾	如母有情眾苦迫	我願暗中盡取受
八	願此所修一切善	莫為八法所垢染	深觀諸法皆如幻	離執離繫得解脫

THE EIGHT POINT MIND TRAINING

With the determination to accomplish the highest welfare for all sentient beings, who excel even the wish-granting Gem ( Cintamani ). may I at all times hold them dear!

Whenever I associate with someone may I think myself the lowest among all and hold the other supreme in the depth of my heart!

In all actions may I search into my mind, and as soon as Klesa arises, endangering myself and others, may I firmly face and avert it!

When I see beings of wicked nature, pressed by violent sin and affliction, may I hold these rare ones dear as if I had found a precious treasure!

When others -- out of envy -- treat me badly with abuse, slander and the like, may I suffer the defeat and offer the victory to others!

When the one, whom I have benefited with great hope, hurts me very badly, may I behold him as my supreme Gum!

In short may I, directly and indirectly, offer benefit and happiness to all my mothers; may I secretly take upon my self the harm and suffering of the mothers!

May all this remain undefiled by the stains of keeping in view the Eighth wordly pinciples; may I @ by perceiving all Dharmas as illusive @ unattached be delivered fron the bondage ( Samsara )!

皈依發心

諸佛正法眾中尊	直至菩提我扳依
我以所行施等善	為利有情願成佛 (三遍)

菩薩戒 (願心、行心)

我趨扳依於三寶一一俄悔所造罪隨喜有情諸善業內心記取佛菩提
我於佛法眾申尊直至菩提趨扳依為能成就自他利我要生起菩提心
願我生起殊勝菩提心然後接待一切眾生客
修習殊勝悅意菩提行為利眾生成就佛果位(三遍)

受願心文

希願度脫有情心	諸佛正法與僧伽	直至圓滿菩提前	我於汝等恆皈依
具足慈悲與智慧	為利有情我精進	今於佛前誠敬住	發起無上菩提心
乃至有虛空	以及眾生住	願吾住世間	盡除眾生苦
