Great news! Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche will continue to give teachings on Thought Transformation (for Russian students and all) in the first half of September, every Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon.
The dates and timings are as follows:
3 September 2022 (Sat) 4pm - 6pm (GMT+8)
7 September 2022 (Wed) 7.30pm - 9.30pm (GMT+8)
10 September 2022 (Sat) 4pm - 6pm (GMT+8)

These teachings are 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙣-𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 via Zoom, and livestreams on Rinpoche, FPMT and ABC’s Facebook and YouTube. Registration is not required.

- While the ruling on mask-wearing has been relaxed, we would like to request that all participants wear a face-mask while inside the gompa to protect Rinpoche’s and everybody’s health, as we will be in a relatively crowded space for a prolonged period of time.
- Please help to create a safe environment for everyone by not coming to the Centre if you are unwell.
𝘚𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵
- Except for Sangha and participants with reserved seats, who will sit on Level 2, all participants who wish to sit on Level 2 are requested to ballot for one of two sections of the gompa: 2A (L2 front section) and 2B (L2 back section). The balloting stations will open 𝟰𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 before the start of the session. Each participant or group of up to 4 participants are requested to ballot only once.
- Participants who wish to sit on Level 3 can proceed directly to Level 3 gompa.
